Prep Idea: Homemade Chicken Parmigiana and Stuffed Turkey Meatballs

Idea 1:

  • Healthy Stuffed chicken parmigiana, steamed broccoli (or Brussels sprouts). 

Idea 2:

  • Southwest Stuffed Turkey Meatballs and steamed green beans. 

Notes from Sammy Jo:

This is twenty meals which will serve as lunch and dinner for two people over five days.

For those of you wondering, yes, these stay fresh all week refrigerated because they're stored properly in air tight containers.
