Prep Idea: 5 Day, 5 Meal Tilapia, Steak and Ground Turkey Prep

Ingredients:

Meal 1: 

  • Bullet proof coffee...(not pictured)
  • 1 cup yellow egg whites

Meal 2: 

  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 4 oz. steak

Meal 3: 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt w/ granola
  • 1/2 cup white rice (rinsed)

Meal 4: 

  • 4 oz. tilapia
  • Whey protein with BCAAs

Meal :

  • 5 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/2 sweet potato & spinach
